What if? Would Women Have Made a Difference?

In the NY Times today, there is an interesting Op-Ed piece written by Nicholas Kristof, questioning whether Wall Street and the banking industry would be in the crises they now are in if more women had been involved in decision-making. It's a thought-provoking article that touches upon gender differences in decision-making and how adding women to the mix may have resulted in a different outcome for the economy.
